Garbage! what a waste!

Developed under a grant from Region #2 of the EPA

  • WHAT IS WASTE?

  • WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?

  • WHERE DOES IT GO?

  • WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT IT?!

At the third meeting of the Earth Science Club, Professor Winkleburger and Mr. Meatloaf explore the simple questions,

Employing:

***Juggling Garbage

***Classic Vaudevillian Song and Dance numbers including:

Trees Won't Clear The Air When They are Gone

***The Limited Resources Melodrama entitled:

The Day We Ran Out Of Ice Cream!

***The Magic Waste Reducer Box that transforms everyday disposable materials into re-usable miracles!

and

With your students help, The Climactic:

***Plate,  Bowl  and  Washtub Spinning Act
Demonstrating the Actual Journey of
Re-using and Recycling, the "Waste Stream"

The Falloons look at that much repeated phrase

“REDUCE, RE-USE, RECYCLE,” that the kids hear so much and answer the question:

WHAT DOES THAT REALLY MEAN?!

Your students will leave our show with a REAL  knowledge  and a passion for how to reduce waste at its source!

"Why do I believe the Grand Falloons are wonderful? They represent the goodness

of expressing ideas through performance in a context that is simply amazing!"
